Site Based Maintenance Technician (Multi-Skilled Carpenter)

Location: Icon Clinical Research, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Co Dublin

Shift: 44 Hours per week Monday to Friday  

Job Description

General maintenance technician role comprising but not limited to the following tasks:

• General routine maintenance tasks.
• General reactive/emergency tasks assigned by site management.
• H&S check lists to be carried out including, monthly water temperature check, Fire access and Fire Door reviews etc along with any other duties assigned by Team Leader.
• Work cohesively as part of an existing experienced multi skilled maintenance team.
• Liaise with specialist subcontractors regarding issues on site.

Candidate Requirements

• Min +3years Experience
• Safe Pass
• Good Team player that can use their initiative
• Compliance with Health & Safety Legislation
