Working Site Supervisor (Northern Ireland)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and organisation of the cleaning staff ensuring Company standards are met, it being understood that the Site Supervisor will personally undertake cleaning duties too
• Carry out induction and skills training.
• Investigate complaints in respect of the cleaning provision and take corrective action.
• To perform other such reasonable duties as may be required on approval of the Account Manager.
• General Cleaning – dusting, mopping, operating a burnisher etc.

Requirements and training:

• Must have the relevant documents to be eligible to work in Northern Ireland
• Previous experience essential
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills including fluent English
