About The Role

Evening shift Operations Support Coordinator 1pm-10pm Monday-Friday

Reporting to – Site Manager, escalation to Contract Operations Lead

Location - Dublin

Key deliverables are:

  • Client engagement at all levels
  • People management
  • Operational and Commercial performance
  • Identify cleaning issues, plan for improvement and demonstrate to Site Manager

Main Responsibilities (not limited to*):

  • Daily inspection of office buildings using TASK audit system
  • Manage, train, motivate and develop a team Cleaning Staff (supervisors and cleaning operatives),
  • Assess performance of staff and identify training needs.
  • Manage and develop client relationship, respond their needs and daily interaction.
  • Ensure the contract is operating to and exceeding the required specification and performance
  • Ensure business sector is fully compliant with Industry Standards, relevant employment legislation, Company procedures & policies.
  • Prioritise health and safety at all levels.
  • Ensure adequate staff levels on sites.
  • Daily reporting to Site Manager on site performance.
  • Ensure that staff are adhering to policies and procedures on site.
  • Conduct Investigation/Disciplinary hearings if need

    The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in the Soft Services sector with cleaning contracts.
  • Previous experience interacting and communicating with client senior management team.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must have excellent IT skills.
  • Practical and logical approach to problem solving.
  • Be a team player with the ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships.
  • Develop, implement, drive, and support the performance metrics.
