Security Team Lead - Days

Summary:

Bidvest Noonan is seeking to hire a Security Team Lead for one of our prestigious client in Galway. This is a position that will suit an organised and energetic individual with excellent leadership skills.

Location of work: Parkmore, Galway

Rate of Pay: €16.41 p/h

The Role:

• Carry out the duties of Team Leader as required.
• Support the Security Manager in the performance management of staff, which will include appraisal, disciplinary, absenteeism monitoring, individual conduct and personal contribution
• Ensure compliance with the Site Specific and Bidvest Noonan operating instructions
• Support the development of Bidvest Noonan Security Officers
• Ensure that all employees are conversant with and comply with the company’s policies in relation to Health and Safety at Work Regulations.
• General security duties
• Any other reasonable Security duties requested
• Carry out all other requirements as stated in the client specific Assignment Instructions
