Cleaning - Cleaning Site Manager

Bidvest Noonan is seeking to hire a Site Cleaning Manager based on site for a prestigious client in Dublin. This is a position that will suit an organised and energetic individual who is highly motivated and organised. The successful candidate will have a previous experience in Contract Management.

The Ideal Candidate:

• The primary role is to ensure that the contracted operational service delivery, audit readiness and compliance is managed and delivered for the Client
• Recruit, manage, train, motivate and develop the cleaning team
• Manage and develop the client relationship and daily interaction with support from the Senior Operations Manager
• Maintain excellent levels of communication daily, dealing with queries and any on-site issues.
• Manage all schedules to ensure full compliance with correct details being submitted in a timely manner
• Responsible for ensuring all performance matters are reported and meet the agreed KPI’s for the day-to-day operations
• Develop, implement, drive and support the performance metrics
• Ensure the contract is operating to and exceeding the required specification and performance and is regularly audited in line with specification

Requirements:

• Do you have Operational Management experience in Contract Management?
• Do you have Environmental Health and Safety and Business Process awareness?
• Do you have proven people management skills with the ability to communicate at all levels?
• Do you have excellent computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint?
