Hygiene Cleaning Supervisor

Cleaning Supervisor – Agri-Food Production Site 

Full-Time Working Hours | 36 – 48 hour per week | €18.50 per hour 

Role Overview

• Supervise and organise cleaning operatives to ensure all duties are completed in line with the Site Cleaning Plan
•  Manage staff rosters to ensure full operational coverage
•  Maintain training records and ensure all team members are compliant and up to date
•  Lead, support, and motivate the team to meet hygiene and performance standards
•  Oversee use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and high/low-pressure systems
•  Ensure cleaning schedules and checklists are completed and signed off
•  Carry out inspections and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
•  Liaise with management and respond to any issues promptly
•  Provide hands-on support where required 

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience essential
•  Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
•  Experience in industrial/agri-food cleaning desirable
•  High attention to detail and knowledge of hygiene standards
•  Reliable, proactive, and customer-focused
•  Good oral and written English
•  Flexible full-time availability
•  Willingness to work in confined spaces if required
