Hours: Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM | Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
About the Role
We are currently recruiting a reliable and hardworking Housekeeper to join our team at 
Ulster University, Coleraine. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness 
across student accommodation, supporting both term-time servicing and out-of-term deep 
cleaning.
Key Duties
• Cleaning student bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces
• Replenishing supplies and reporting maintenance issues
• Carrying out deep cleans during non-term periods
• Preparing accommodation for student arrivals and events
• Ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards
About You
• Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and organised
• Flexible approach to work
