Salary: €17.91 per hour + €20 Night Allowance + €3.44 per hour Sunday Allowance

About the Role
Bidvest Noonan is seeking an experienced and motivated Cluster Site Supervisor to join our Data Center Security Team at one of our prestigious hyperscale data centre campuses in Dublin.
This is a leadership position within a highly regulated, mission-critical environment where security, operational excellence, and incident management are paramount. We are looking for a security professional who has experience working within data centres, critical infrastructure, technology campuses, or other high-security environments and understands the importance of operational resilience, compliance, and risk management.
The successful candidate will supervise security operations across multiple buildings, support critical business functions, manage operational incidents, analyse trends, and ensure the highest standards of security service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Security Operations & Leadership
•
Lead and supervise daily security operations across multiple data centre facilities.
•
Manage and support a team of Security Officers and Control Room Operators.
•
Ensure compliance with all site security procedures, client standards, and operational requirements.
•
Conduct shift briefings, team coaching, performance reviews, and operational audits.
•
Maintain high standards of professionalism, customer service, and operational excellence.
Data Centre Security & Critical Environment Management
•
Monitor and manage security operations within a mission-critical environment.
•
Oversee access control systems, visitor management processes, and contractor compliance.
•
Support secure management of critical infrastructure areas including server halls, loading bays, and restricted zones.
•
Conduct security risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities.
•
Ensure compliance with data centre operational procedures and client security requirements.
Incident Management & Analysis
•
Lead incident response activities and coordinate with internal stakeholders and emergency services.
•
Investigate security incidents, access breaches, alarms, and operational disruptions.
•
Analyse incident trends and provide recommendations to improve security controls and operational efficiency.
•
Produce detailed incident reports and management summaries.
•
Escalate critical incidents in accordance with site escalation matrices and service level agreements.
Control Room & Systems Management
•
Supervise CCTV monitoring and security systems operation.
•
Review CCTV footage and conduct investigations when required.
•
Monitor alarms, access control alerts, and system notifications.
•
Ensure accurate documentation and audit compliance.
•
Support business continuity and emergency response procedures.
Reporting & Operational Analytics
•
Analyse security data, incident trends, and operational performance metrics.
•
Prepare weekly and monthly management reports.
•
Track KPIs and identify opportunities for service improvement.
•
Support audits, compliance reviews, and operational assessments.
•
Provide recommendations based on trend analysis and security intelligence.
Candidate Requirements
Essential
•
Valid PSA Static Security Licence.
•
QQI Level 4 Security Guarding (or equivalent).
•
Minimum 1 years' supervisory experience within security operations.
•
Previous experience in a Data Center, Critical Infrastructure, SOC, NOC, Control Room, or high-security environment.
•
Strong understanding of access control, CCTV systems, incident management, and emergency response procedures.
•
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•
Strong report-writing and investigative skills.
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, incident management platforms, and security systems.
•
Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Desirable
•
Previous experience working within a hyperscale data centre environment.
•
Experience with security audits, compliance programmes, and risk assessments.
•
Knowledge of business continuity and crisis management procedures.
•
Experience producing operational reports and analysing security trends.
•
First Aid Response qualification.
•
Fire Warden or Emergency Response Team experience.
