Industrial Area Manager

• Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and support a diverse team of 20+ mobile and static cleaning operatives.
• Logistics & Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee daily works, managing complex schedules and staff rosters efficiently.
• Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating site visits, project timelines, and service delivery.
• Relationship Management: Proactively build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with our extensive client base.
• Commercial Acumen: Conduct site assessments and price new projects/contracts accurately.
• Internal Collaboration: Partner and communicate effectively with internal departments, stakeholders, and external suppliers.

• A self-starter with a track record of managing and motivating teams (experience with mobile/remote teams is highly desirable).
• Brilliant interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and suppliers alike.
• Strong relationship management skills with a professional, solution-oriented approach.
• Experience working within or managing services for Pharmaceutical, Construction, or Manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
• Sharp logistical and scheduling skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• A full, clean driving license is essential as this role involves client site visits.
