As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic, self-starting Industrial Area Manager to lead our expanding operations and team across the South East, with a primary focus on Waterford (working out of our Waterford Office).
The Role
As the Industrial Area Manager, you will be the driving force behind our daily field operations and client satisfaction. This is a fast-paced, highly visible role where you will balance people management, logistical planning, and client relationship building to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and support a diverse team of 20+ mobile and static cleaning operatives.

Logistics & Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee daily works, managing complex schedules and staff rosters efficiently.

Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating site visits, project timelines, and service delivery.

Relationship Management: Proactively build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with our extensive client base.

Commercial Acumen: Conduct site assessments and price new projects/contracts accurately.

Internal Collaboration: Partner and communicate effectively with internal departments, stakeholders, and external suppliers.
What We Are Looking For
Requirements:

A self-starter with a track record of managing and motivating teams (experience with mobile/remote teams is highly desirable).

Brilliant interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and suppliers alike.

Strong relationship management skills with a professional, solution-oriented approach.

Experience working within or managing services for Pharmaceutical, Construction, or Manufacturing environments is highly desirable.

Sharp logistical and scheduling skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

A full, clean driving license is essential as this role involves client site visits.
