A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Site Security Manager, who will work at our client’s prestigious site

You must be able to demonstrate and deliver high quality management and excellent customer service to both our clients and service users.

We require the site manager to be SIA licenced – Security Guarding/Door Supervision and CCTV.

Duties as a Site Security Manager

• Ensure that high standards of property presentation and customer service are achieved and always maintained.
• Attend tenant meetings and build excellent professional relationships with your tenants
• Ensure all property management and compliance systems are up to date and used in line with process and policy
• Ensure appropriate and clear communication (written and verbal) with occupiers, service partners and all visitors to the property
• Complete and upload onto the appropriate system, daily checklists within agreed timeframe; ensure any resultant work is actioned
• Ensure all actions resulting from any audit are updated monthly to show progress, and are completed within agreed timeframe
• Ensuring contractors carry out their work to a high standard and maintain site standards and escalate any contract management issues to ASM and Client in timely manner
• Regularly engage with contractors and provide regular feedback to ASM and Client
• Prepare and implement contingency plans to ensure adequate and suitable site attendance in the event of annual leave, training (and sickness where possible)
• Conduct 121 welfare checks with the onsite security team members 
• Ensure reliable working knowledge of plant and building operation systems

Job role requirements as a Security Building Manager

• Must hold SIA Licence + CCTV Licence
• Experience in managing Security Teams
• Ability to work in a team.
• Proactive, uses initiative and able to work to under pressure to meet deadlines
• Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload and multitask in a calm and professional manner.
• Team player with strong customer service skills
• Able to take instruction and follow tasks through to completion
• Excellent communication skills.

• Willingness and ability to learn on the job, keen to undertake training and career development.
• Reliable, helpful, and well presented
• Proficient in full range of Microsoft applications Inc. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access Outlook
